Hi, I’m Mel—a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, mindfulness educator, meditation guide, mother, and lifelong caregiver.

Through years in healthcare, I’ve witnessed how deeply stress, trauma, and compassion fatigue live in the body. I’ve also lived it.

Holistic Sojourn was born from my own journey through burnout, caregiving, and rediscovering self-compassion. My work bridges clinical understanding and soulful healing, honoring both science and spirit.

I believe self-love is not indulgent—it is essential.
And healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself—it means coming home.
